Collier County Rural Health Network, Inc. (CCRHN) was established in 1995 as a not-for-profit Florida Corporation designed to manage and operate a rural health network of healthcare providers in Collier County. CCRHN provides the legal structure consisting of a broad spectrum of professionals committed to identifying innovative ways to ensure the delivery of a continuum of quality healthcare for those in rural communities.
