The Primary Care Addiction Treatment (PCAT) program provides comprehensive care to people with substance use disorders through structured, integrated primary care services. With a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach to care, we treat every patient with respect and dignity. 

The PCAT uses medications proven to help you address your substance use disorder while:

What is Medication For Addiction Treatment?

Part of comprehensive care includes medication for addiction treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder, and other substances. When combined with primary care, behavioral therapy, and counseling services, you are provided with a whole-person approach to care to support recovery. MAT benefits include:

How does it work? Depending on your individualized care plan, your treatment could include Buprenorphine or Naltrexone, which may be taken daily at home or administered as a long-acting injection by your healthcare provider.
