Mobile Check-IN

Patients, you now have the option to check-in for a medical appointment through your smartphone, tablet, or computer before your appointment! You can also use one of our tablets upon arrival. This will make the check-in process faster, as well as more convenient, and more private. The system also offers several language options to support multi-lingual patients.

A few days before your appointment, you will receive a text message or email from Phreesia (the check-in platform). Click the link provided and follow the simple on-screen prompts. From here, you can pay your copay, update your medical information, or provide important information. When you arrive for your appointment, simply let our front desk team know you have already checked in. At that time, you can also ask for help with using the mobile check-in platform.
