Help Us Create a Healthier Community

Since 1977, Healthcare Network’s private, not-for-profit model has proven effective at meeting Southwest Florida’s needs, and your philanthropic support is vital to ensuring we continue to achieve our vision of a community where every person has access to appropriate healthcare. We all benefit from a healthier community, and YOU can help!

Private philanthropic supporters help fill the gap between patient reimbursements, federal funding and grants. We hope you’ll support our mission with a donation that will help us continue to serve as an essential healthcare provider in Southwest Florida!

Southwest Florida’s Healthcare Needs

In 2019, Healthcare Network provided $13.9 million in uncompensated care. Notably, 39% of the adult patients seen did not have any form of insurance, 61% of children were covered by Medicaid and 58% of Healthcare Network patients were living at or below the poverty level. We also provided care to more than 9,300 migrant workers and members of migrant families.

Additionally, we employ more than 300 people and serve approximately 50,000 patients in practices throughout Collier County, including the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile® and Health & Smiles Mobile.

DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

Healthcare Network’s Development Committee plays an integral role in fulfilling our mission to make healthcare more accessible to everyone in Southwest Florida.

EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTIONS

Even our employees step up to ensure that access to quality healthcare is available to all. Currently, employees contribute through auto payroll deductions to one or more of Healthcare Network’s funds. In fact, we raised $36,486 from employee deductions in 2019. Now that’s passion for what you do!
