Hurricane Ian Resources

The effects of Hurricane Ian have been devastating to the SWFL community. During this hectic and chaotic time, finding resources can be overwhelming. To help SWFL residents, below is a list of local and national resources available. You are encouraged to share this list with others who may need it in the community.

As we work together to recover from the impacts of Hurricane Ian, our Community Outreach Team is available to help patients and community members navigate resources and connect families with the appropriate help. The multilingual team can be reached at 239.675.7080 or Outreach@HealthcareSWFL.org, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
