community leaders and our patient population. At least 51% of our board members receive
services through Healthcare Network, or they have children who do. The following men and
women sit on the Healthcare Network Board of Directors.

Doug Campbell, Treasurer
Background: Doug Campbell spent 40 years in the oil and chemical business, 26 with BP and then as CEO of a public fertilizer manufacturer in Memphis and a private chemical company in Mulberry, FL. For the last 15 years, he has been an active child advocate in Collier County, serving as a Guardian ad Litem volunteer and president of Friends of Foster Children, which provides academic mentoring and enrichment activities the state does not provide. Interestingly, the Healthcare Network provides primary health and dental care for most of the children in the foster care system in Collier County.
Haris M. Domond, Board Chair
Background: A certified mental health counselor since 1993, Haris M. Domond has experience in a variety of treatment settings including outpatient clinics, churches, Department of Children & Family (DCF) base settings, as well as in private practices in Florida. Mr. Domond is certified through the FDF Batterers Intervention Program (BIP) as a group facilitator, supervisor and trainer; and through the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) as a clinical associate.
Dennis Brown, Vice Chair
Background: Dennis C. Brown, a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Syracuse University Law Schools. He is a trust and estate attorney with Bond, Schoeneck & King. Mr. Brown is a Florida Bar Board Certified Tax Lawyer and a Florida Licensed Certified Public Accountant, concentrating on estate planning, probate law and sophisticated tax matters.
Mr. Brown is currently serving on six non-profit boards, and also serves as treasurer and on the executive committee for four of those non-profit organizations. He also designs and drafts charitable trusts and planned gifts for his estate planning clients.
Suzanne Bradach, Secretary
Background: Suzanne Bradach is the Director of Special Projects for Lee Health and the Project Manager for Lee Health Coconut Point, responsible for the development of Lee Health’s newest campus. Prior to joining Lee Health, Ms. Bradach was the Chief Executive Officer of Bonita Community Health Center.
She is a graduate of Indiana University and the University of South Florida.
A resident of Southwest Florida for over 30 years, Ms. Bradach serves as a member of the Collier County Housing Finance Authority and a Board Member for the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce.
Background: Edward (Ski) Olesky is an appointed member of the Immokalee Master Plan and Visioning Committee (IMPVC) and was instrumental in the development of the Immokalee Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) newly drafted Master Plan. A well respected member the Immokalee business community, Mr. Olesky is the owner of the Lake Trafford Marina and Airboats & Alligators, Inc. in Immokalee. He has been active in local civic organizations such as the Immokalee CRA Advisory Board, the Immokalee Enterprise Zone Development Agency, the Immokalee Rotary Club and Immokalee Fire Control & Rescue District.
Background: Jerry Starkey has enjoyed a 30-year career as an executive and principal in the real estate, hospitality, senior living and financial services industries. Mr. Starkey is CEO of Real Estate Partners International, LLC (www.reptrs.com). Prior to founding Real Estate Partners International, Mr. Starkey was president and CEO of WCI Communities and president of its predecessor company, Florida Design Communities. Mr. Starkey also served as president of Aston Gardens, a large developer and operator of Senior Living Communities. He resides in Naples, where he is active in children and educational charities. He has been a Trustee of The Naples Children and Education Foundation since 2004 and serves on its board as treasurer.
Background: Dr. Bernard Feldman received an MD from State University of New York, Downstate and a MPH in Maternal and Child Health from UC Berkley. He is board certified in Pediatrics and Perinatal-Neonatal Medicine and practiced as a Neonatologist in Las Vegas, NV for 29 years. His professional career includes a long list of hospital, teaching and administrative appointments at the local, state and national levels and service as a medical officer in the United States Navy from 1960-1965 when he was honorably discharged attaining the rank of Lt. Commander. Dr. Feldman has authored and co-authored 18 scientific publications.
Background: Dr. Aysegul Timur is the assistant vice president of strategic initiatives, strategy and program innovation at Florida Gulf Coast University. Prior to joining FGCU, Dr. Timur worked at Hodges University 20 years, most recently serving as dean of the Johnson School of Business and senior vice president of academic affairs.
In addition to her work at FGCU, Dr. Timur is a member of multiple organizations, including the Southwest Florida FutureMakers Coalition, Workforce Now Research, Leadership Collier Foundation, the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and the Uncommon Friends Foundation.
Background: Maria “Lucy” Ortiz is an advocate for The Shelter for Abused Women and Children and the sole proprietor of Let’s Talk/Hablamos, where she conducts home visits to provide psycho-social assessments for extreme hardship cases for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Ms. Ortiz has been a licensed clinical social worker since November 1996. Earning a master’s degree in social work from Barry University in 1993 and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Florida, Ft. Myers Campus in 1991, Ms. Ortiz been an active member of Collier County.
Prior to joining the board of director for Healthcare Network, she served as a board member for Immokalee MSTU, a founding board member of Alianza Nacional de Campesinas and a founding member of Mujeres Campesinas Unidas of Florida. A resident of Immokalee since September 1964, she enjoys spending time with her 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Background: Mr. Cohen is co-founder and chairman emeritus of Cohen & Grigsby, a law firm with locations in Naples, FL and Pittsburgh, PA. During his 50-year career as a practicing lawyer, he has concentrated on matters of corporate governance, securities regulation of capital formations and business combinations. For more than 40 years, he has been a dedicated member of the faculties (with various continuing appointments) at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Ave Maria School of Law, Duquesne University Law School. and West Virginia University School of Law.
Background: Ms. Maria Mila earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University in 2017 and is currently working on her MBA. Ms. Mila is also a Professional Lifecoach, EFT practitioner and a Neurocoach (pending certification). Her education along with more than a decade of management experience, customer service, and healthcare management is being utilized in her current wellness campaign to support family members and caregivers of individual in the autism spectrum, battling mental health issues or other disorders. She is involved in Education, Art and Social activities that supports the holistic approach to Mental Health. This mother of two is passionate for Crafts, scrapbooking and handmade cards which makes the quality time with her two munchkins an artistic exchange. She is a natural motivator and believes that a smile and a positive attitude can change the world around us. Ms. Mila is an avid reader and an amateur writer; her favorite quote is: “Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.” -Thomas A. Background: Ms. Elda I. Hernandez is a longtime community activist in Immokalee and has managed the Career Development Program of The Immokalee Foundation for the past five years. Her family moved to the U.S. from Mexico when she was five years old. As migrant farm workers, her family traveled from South Carolina to Immokalee, where they settled permanently. Ms. Hernandez is a graduate of Hodges University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She is active in numerous community service organizations including Rotary Club of Immokalee, Guadalupe Church, Cinco de Mayo Board of Directors, Leadership Collier Class of 2009, Christmas Around the World, Community Emergency Response Team, Collier Building Industry Association, Immokalee Middle School SAC, and Relay for Life.
Background: Pastor Jean C. Paul is a minister with over 40 years of experience in ministry and education. Pastor Paul started preaching and teaching in the early 1970s at the Lasserre Church of the Nazarene in Haiti. Over the next decade, he founded Micheau Church of the Nazarene and also worked as a carpenter to provide for his family.In 1980, Pastor Paul moved to the United States to seek a more stable and consistent means to provide for his family back home in Haiti. He attended culinary school in Miami, FL and was employed with Superior Bakery for over a decade.
