Treating the Whole Person – Body AND MIND
At Healthcare Network, we believe the best approach to wellness involves treating both the body and mind. That is why we care for our patients using the integrated care model, which allows patients to receive behavioral health services when they visit for adult, pediatric and women’s care services. We treat the whole person in one setting.
As part of the Healthcare Network care team, our behavioral health providers work closely with patients and their primary care providers to:
New! CENTER FOR PSYCHOLOGY AND WELLNESS
Located in Healthcare Network’s Nichols Community Health Center, the new Center for Psychology and Wellness offers an array of behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Services are available in person or via telehealth and include individual, couples, and family therapy options.
With qualified psychologists and social workers, patients can receive traditional and individualized counseling that goes beyond the primary care setting. Through the center, our providers can help patients address a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD and other developmental disorders, bipolar disorder, relationships, grief/loss, divorce, learning disorders, LGBTQ issues, stress management, diversity, career challenges, eating concerns and trauma, among others.
Physician referrals are not required for an appointment in the center.
Services are available in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole.
PAYMENT ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE
Healthcare Network provides payment assistance in the form of a Sliding Fee Scale. It’s one of many ways we are making healthcare more accessible to all.
