Become a Healthcare network volunteer

At Healthcare Network, our mission is to provide quality healthcare accessible to everyone in our community. Will you join us?

We are looking for caring and dedicated volunteers to help us make an impact in our primary care practices and out in the community. If you have any special skills, let us know and we’ll find the right match for you! Remote opportunities are also available.

As a volunteer you can:

  • Support the healthcare needs of our community
  • Break barriers to care for underserved children, adults and seniors
  • Ensure people have access to affordable healthcare

In-person, remote and community outreach opportunities are available. Volunteers must be 18 years or older. Community members interested in volunteering with Healthcare Network are encouraged to fill out the application below.

Criteria to become a volunteer:

  • Commit to volunteering a minimum of four hours a week, once a week.
  • Commit to at least three consecutive months.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All potential candidates must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Healthcare Network requires all staff and volunteers to already have or to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Additional vaccines may be required.
  • Participate in volunteer orientation.

Healthcare Network requires that all volunteers complete a Level 2 background check, as well as a clearance through our employee health department, which may include a review of immunizations. Volunteers are required to attend orientation, which is typically a half day long and is offered both in Naples and Immokalee.

Volunteers holding a professional health care license and wishing to work with patients will need to provide a valid Florida professional license and may need to complete a more in-depth onboarding process.
